Dear Elisabetta,

Just to let you know how much we enjoyed our (far too) short stay in Marrakech.
Le Coq Berbère was absolutely charming and we loved the Majorelle room.
Bachir was wonderful. 
He was very polite, very attentive and most efficient. Everything worked perfectly.
Thank you so much. 

Sorry for not writing sooner but we have been a bit overwhelmed since our return. 
Lots of work .... and our central heating system had broken down while we were away .... not much fun in the middle of an Austrian winter. Luckily we can heat with firewood too.

Tiia and I will be glad to provide some nice "evaluations" (TripAdvisor?) for you as soon as we have a bit of the time and "the dust settles".

Will also send you some photos we took.

It was clean and your staff were very accommodating.  We only wish the weather had been dryer and warmer.  It was typical that yesterday, the day we returned home the sun shone.

Julie and I had a wonderful time at Le Coq Fou -- our thanks to you and your staff for making us so welcome. We really enjoyed the delicious meals in the evening (and appreciated the bottle of Moroccan wine), the marvellous breakfasts but what was really the best thing was the warm and friendly welcome from everyone in the house. It is a real oasis of calm and homeliness in frantic city!

Please say "thank you" to everyone and we hope to come and stay with you again some time.

We also wish you and everyone connected with the house every success in developing the business -- we could see a lot of hard work has gone into renovating the place and giving it a unique style and character and we're sure your guests really appreciate that.

Dear Elizabeth

Here's a Scottish cockerel for you!

Peter and I are now home in Scotland again and I just wanted to write to tell you how much we have enjoyed our first visit to Morocco, Marrakech and Riad Le Coq Fou.  Larsen and the girls made us feel incredibly welcome and although we did a lot of walking (getting lost!!) we were able to really relax.  

I cannot praise your staff highly enough.  Also, the Sky room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were superb!  The meal prepared for us for the evening of my birthday was magical.

We have just got back from our holidays in Morocco and are very happy about a wonderful trip!

The 'Coq Fou" was the best thing to arrive in Marrakech and to have the possibility to enjoy and to relax, the STAFF were helpful and nice, so everything was PERFECT!

My wife Talli and I , had the pleasure to be the first guests of your lovely riad last week. We enjoyed every single moment in it ; the excellent design , the spacious rooms , the beautiful authentic wooden doors, the great location and more.

On top of all the above, I see it as a pleasant duty to share with you our impression that the outstanding service of Faical and Naima is the heart of the great new Riad.

The always smiling Naima gives the house the mother touch and Faical is the multi-persona that does all the rest. He is the manager, the tourist guide, the guardian and even the philosopher who gives meaning to each and every piece of art in the Riad and in the area.

Its always the service that make the difference, and this of Faical & Naima realy does it. I'm sure you are familiar with your employees and I appreciate your choice, but I wanted to give you the visitor aspect that is always comparing places.

Dear hosts, 

Thank you very much for the great stay we had at your Riad. As promised, we would email you about our experience with the hammam Les bains de Marrakech. We had a great time there, it was really worth every dirham (although it was not that expensive, 150 for the traditional treatment) and very nice because we had our own private hammam and could go together. You can really recommend this to other guests.

We hope to come back some day.

Back in Holland again, where it always seems to rain!

We miss Marrakech, and specially the riad.

It was great to be in your guesthouse. It was an oasis in a busy, chaotic, but beautiful city!

The host was very kind and hospitable, we felt very welcome.

Your staff arranged and cooked a tasty diner at the roof with a nice view.

Le Coq fou was a fantastic house.
